Easy assembly, seems like a well designed equipment. Not sure about the plastic rollers guiding the seat, if they will last. Like the additional weight lifting capacities, surprisingly they seem to be adequate for male weight range. Very quiet, like that a lot.
I've only had the FITNESS REALITY 1000 PLUS Bluetooth Magnetic Rowing Machine Rower a few days but loving it so far. It was delivered about two weeks earlier than the initial delivery estimate which was a wonderful surprise. Assembly was quick and easy because the assembly directions were very easy to follow.
The FITNESS REALITY 1000 PLUS Bluetooth Magnetic Rower has been a nice addition to our home. It came with clear, easy to follow directions and was assembled in about 30 minutes. It is quiet and smooth during use. The app was easy to add to our phones. My husband really likes the additional exercises detailed in the instruction booklet. There is a tension wheel that can be adjusted so each member of the family can personalize his/her own workout. We are pleased with this rowing machine and would certainly recommend it to those looking to purchase this type of equipment.
The rower ships nicely protected, in one box. Assembly instructions were good, except I found it necessary to loosen two bolts on the seat in order to slide it into the guide rail. Then I re-tightened the two bolts. I am 5 foot 1 inch and that appears to be the minimum height to properly use the rower. If you are shorter the seat may hit the rubber-stop on the decline, adding a "bump" on the bottom of each stroke. Also, I cut the foot peddle"spacers" in half, bringing the peddles closer to the main body. This width is more comfortable on my knees. I start my routine at 1 on the tension dial, then dial up to 4 for awhile. This is as far as I have gone thus far. The 4 feels equal to the maximum setting on the fitness club's machine. So I am really pleased with the resistance. You move the unit while it is extended, so you need some space to maneuver it. The wheels are small, they roll ok on hardwood floors. The seat-rail locks upright in the stored position. I don't use it for any of the auxiliary exercises, but the pull is smooth and silent. The only sound is the seat slide on the rail. I like this machine very much.
I have been working out for years but now that I am in my mid 40s it's hard for me to jump around to get my cardio so I was very glad to try this fitness reality magnetic rower machine. It's easier on the joints, and I don't have to stand on my feet. It comes with different tension so great for people at all levels. I personally have been using it on 1 and will work my way up but 1 has been giving me a great workout. I can feel it working my upper body at just 1. It does feel like I am get a full body workout. I am usually well worked up after just 10 minutes. Today I manage 20 minutes, so I am working my way up. It is definitely easy to use. It comes with a monitor to see your activity. It's suppose to work with the myCloudFitness app but I can't get it to connect at all even from different devices. So I have not been able to use the app to track my activity and progress. It came in the mail, boxed and mostly assembled, some assembly was required which I was able to do on my own however I did need help to move it around from floor to floor as it does weight a little over 70lbs. It came with all the parts and tools required to assemble it. It's larger and longer than I thought it would be. I keep it folded up in a corner and I move it everyday to be able to use it since I don't have the room to leave it out and open and it is hard for me as I have carpet. It doesn't roll that easy on carpet but also because it's heavy. It suppose to be quite but it's not. The motor is quite but the seat makes noise when you slide back and forth but overall quite. All and all I like this machine. I do feel I get a good workout from it. The kids have been using it too. I just wish it was so big, the motor area and that it wasn't so heavy.
With the 14 Level DUAL TRANSMISSION it is easy to start low on the tension work out and work your way up with out putting a lot of stress on your body. And it all so help with warm up and cool down workouts. The machine is very smooth when in use. No jerking or catching giving you a sleek smooth work out. The 21.5-inch Grip bar allows you to place your hands in just the right place to get full advantage of this machine While performing different workout exercises. The Large 3.5" LCD display will track your time, distance and how many calories were burned the work out. It all so displays how many strokes you completed during the work out. I found the 13” x 11” cushioned seat to be very comfortable even with long work out times. The foot pads on the front of the machine helps stabilize the machine while you add curls front risers and more to your work out. And blue tooth ready Over all the Machine is 88.5" Long x 21.5" Wide x 21.5" High The Machine weighs around 75 to 80 pounds but is very easy to move around with the small hidden wheels. And When not in use it can be folded up 39.5" Long x 21.5" Wide x 53.5" High so that it takes up less room. It comes with 4 AA Batteries all ready installed. But are easy to replace when the time comes. The recommend user to be at least 4'9" – 6'6" With a 250 lbs. Weight Limit For a at home Machine this one is a keeper I hope you enjoy your work outs as much or even more then I do
The pros of this are that it was really easy to assemble. It even came with all the tools needed for assembly. The seat rides very smoothly and there are 14 levels of tension to choose from. The cons though are that the console which counts the number of rows, distance, etc, is very junky. The mode button feels very cheap and hardly attached. It only works intermittently. However the machine is great. Just the console really lets it down, so I can't really recommend it.
This rower has the foot pedals too far apart. When pulling and pushing my legs are too far apart. The Concept 2 has the legs straight out when pushing and pulling. Maybe that is why the pulling ribbon or chain on the side of the machine. I returned the rower and my account was credited,
I set up a whole gym in my house and never had any issues like this piece of equipment. Putting it together was a breeze but removing it from the box and it's packaging was a nightmare. It does not connect via bluetooth, we have tried multiple phones, using the instructions, and it simply just does not work so don't think you'll be connecting to any app. Another thing that is disappointing is the distance counter. Most rowers are able to calculate the distance in meters depending on how hard and swift you are pulling, this one does not do that and just gives you 10 meters with every pull (what's the point of having a distance tracker if you just add a 0 to the end of your pull counter?). Overall for the price it's fine, I mean it's a rower, but I would not recommend.
Its okay. The rower has a counter and clock that has never worked since day 1 brand new out of the box. Customer service asks for info then doesnt respond, no follow up and no phone number to call. So buy with caution because if anything doesnt work you cant get any help.
