This was so easy to put together and is very sturdy. I like how easy it is to adjust the angle of the bench. The padding on the bench is also very good. Great value for the price---had purchased a different one for the same price at a local sporting goods store and had to return it because it was very difficult to adjust it---so glad I found this one!

You can compare this to a commercial bench. That is how solid this is. This is NOT a flimsy cheap bench. It is a solid, sturdy bench made with quality at a deal of a price! You can buy a more expensive bench and be super happy! Or you can buy this and be super happy. Up to you. Hope this helps anyone.

This bench was such a pleasant surprise. It's solid, does all I hoped it would do and there was barely any assembly - it came almost fully assembled - piece-of-cake to put it together. It folds down flat and on wheels so it is easy to move around. This is true value for the price.

This is by far the best for the money. Very close to gym quality for under $100. I weigh 280lbs and use well over 100lb weights, so being sturdy and feeling confident was very important: bought a cheaper one from Walmart and it was rated for 300lbs and was junk. Not only can I fold it up to store under the bed, I now feel like I have a real mini gym in my house!

This is the strongest home bench I have ever worked out on, it rivals the benches at any gym. I can do calf raises on it and it does not even budge. It has more positions than I will ever use. Would by another if it somehow got destroyed or lost.

Sturdy and lightweight. Perfect for a power rack type of set up where lower rated benches wont cut it for the weights you're using. Adjusts quickly and easily. Came mostly assembled, was ready to go in ten minutes.

This is my first weight bench, so I really didn't know what to expect. The reviews stated it was sturdy and that is correct. I am stepping up and down on this bench with my full weight. There wasn't much assembly other than putting on the front and back legs. My only negative comment is that all the washers weren't provided or the tool to put it together. I was able to get it together anyway, put that was a bummer.

Bench seems to be well made and sturdy. Easy to assemble. Only minus is thin padding. When doing sit ups, the front edge of the bench bites into the back of my legs. Laying a thick towel over the front edge solved that problem. All in all, I am pleased with the bench.

When the bench is adjusted to the flat position, the head of the bench is still a full inch lower when measured from the floor. Kind of mind boggling that this design flaw wasn't caught before manufacture. Who wants a bench that won't adjust flat and level? Other than that, it's very sturdy and well built.
