My husband came home form a travel day, where he irked his back. We quickly invested in this, and have no regrets. The weighted component allows you to lay face down, and still be able to enjoy the heat and massaging mechanism. Within a few days of consistent use, Hubby was feeling much better, and now looks to use this whenever his back acts up. Would recommend

Love the weight of this heating pad and the message function is a nice addition. The heating function leaves a bit to be desired, though. It doesn't heat up very fast and it doesn't get as hot as any of my other heating pads. It IS warm enough, though, and the other features make it worth keeping.

I'm only recommending it because I'm hoping it's user error that it stopped working after two weeks….perhaps it blew a fuse. So, I'm going to exchange it and try again. It's very soft, but I would also like one that has straps on the back to attach it to a pillow or chair to keep it in place better. It slips down behind the back.

Heating pad quit working within a 2 week time frame. Of course WalMart made it right and refunded by CC back the cost of heating pad bc they stand behind what they sell. It may have been a fluke that this one quit working I have. I way🤷‍♀️ knowing so I order my husband one from Sharper Image bc I had gotten him one from there b4 and it lasted for years , more expensive but never had a problem with it at all

It worked great…until it didn't. It just stopped working completely about 2 months after I purchased it. I should have noted the prior reviews that warned of this issue, but i didn't see them until after mine stopped working. I'm thankful I had paid for extended coverage so i was able to get a refund.

I shouldve read the reviews before purchasing. Ige used it maybe 4 times and the "Massage" setting no longer works. The heating on this is warm, it does not get hot enough to provide any kind of relief. Feels more like a light heated blanket. Also takes a good bit to get fully warm. 3/10 heating pad

When I ordered this last night, the app showed there was no stock in my local Walmart so I ordered it via shipping. Then it arrived this morning. The box was not sealed and the heating pad was not in its plastic bag. So I plugged it in and it does not work at all

It was wonderful while it worked. After just a handful of uses the massage function no longer worked at all and then the heating function stopped working as well as when it was first purchased.

I purchased this heating pad 1/18/25 as of 11/2/25 it no longer works. I would say I used it an average of once a week. Now it no longer turns on at all. It seems there is a shortage in the wiring but who knows. For $50 dollars I expected at least a year of usage.
