FitRx SmartRack Dumbbell Stand, Dumbbell Rack and Kettlebell Weight Rack Stand for Home Gym

Was worried it wouldn't fit my Bowflex 552 since it is a different brand, but fit it perfectly. Bowflex stand looked like a rip off, way more $ than this. Got for about $40 bucks. Best investment for my dumbell workout ,great height. Solid material. *Hint* before building, just check your dumbell base with the flat pan they provide you so you'll know it fits without having to build it first.

The vertical arm needs to be installed in a certain direction or it will be unstable. The instructions do not make that clear nor indicate which direction the arm should be installed other than saying that if the arm moves it is installed incorrectly but not that you need to turn it around. Otherwise it seems very sturdy and half the price of the OEM

I'm 76 and recently replaced my century old, lol, dumbbell set w FitRX, which are working fine so far. But the stand gives an extra to the system. Not I don't have to her down on knees, or bend down on a good day, and change weights. It's all fine at waist-level. Perfect.

I bought this for my son who is an at home work out guy.. and he absolutely loved it! It fit very well into his at home work space( which is a converted dinning area..hey it works) a great gift for him for Christmas let me tell you worth every penny!!

I'm pleased with the product, but there were a couple things that wasn't so great. The instructions aren't that good. I went by the picture on the box, and it wasn't very sturdy. I reversed the bar and that helped and bought screw on wheels for the bottom to keep it more level than the legs that came with it. All in all I'm satisfied for the price. The rack also wasn't large enough for the dumbbell set I have.

One of the welds covered part of the hole for a foot. i managed to sand it down enough to fit. cannot believe they don't make a rack to fit their 90lb dumbbells so I had to rig the base to hold the dumbbells. seems sturdy enough and doing it's job after some work.

Supposed to be "universal" in the size of the platforms for the dumbbells. That is absolutely not the case. It is too small for the adjustable dumbbells that I own. Also, platform angle is too steep for adjustable dumbbells. Unused plates tend to fall out of alignment.

I purchased this rack along with the 90 pound adjustable FitRx dumbells that it is advertised with. This rack only holds the dumbells if you have your weight already selected. You need the bottom tray that comes with the dumbells to adjust them. So in order to use this rack, you would have to set the bottom tray that the dumbells go in on the floor, select your weight, and then use the rack to hold the dumbells without being able to adjust the weight again unless you put it back in the bottom tray on the floor. What a complete waste and false advertising! It's really annoying to go through the trouble of ordering this, opening and assembling it, only to find out it doesn't work. Then having to take it apart, box it up, and drive it back to Walmart to return the garbage. I also must mention that the rack was all sorts of screwy and wiggly when it was assembled. And it was not symmetrical; the two parts of the rack that hold the dumbells were twisted compared to each other.

Why would you create an adjustable dumbell stand that does not fit the base for the adjustable dumbbells? It says that it can support 220lbs total, and the 90lb adjustable dumbbells sit on the stand fine when they aren't on their base, but what's the point of the stand if you can't put the base on it? That means you can't adjust the dumbbells while using the stand as they need to be in their base to let the weight you're not using sit on the bases. This is a total fail from FitRX. The 2 stars are the fact that it's easy to assemble, and is sturdy. Other than that, it is a waste of time and money.

I have ordered from Walmart.com for the past year at least weekly, and I have NEVER had a problem with delivery. I was really looking forward to receiving this item as it wld complete my home gym. Unfortunately, it was delivered to the wrong address. I had another shipment (Bathroom Closet) arrive 30 mins later. It was really disappointing that this item which I value highly, wld be the one to get lost. Your Shippers (FED EX) should be held to a higher standard!!!!
