Item was certainly not new which was a great disappointment

The door guard or shield, not sure what it's called, came in damaged, the paint was chipped on it, and the screws for installing the shield on the door itself didn't fit my door, so I had to use my old screws. It is nice that it came with 3 keys instead of 2 though, but overall, I've had better experiences with other door knobs.

the tongue kept getting stock somehow when tightening the screws. I had to leave one of the screw slight loose to make it work. Not perfectly made with precision

item is not as pictured in photos the latch is not convertible to push in type door lock.

the knob was defective we got locked in several times for several hours not a good thing when you live in the country

I received the door knob locked when I open the package someone changed the locks now I have to wait for WSS to decide if I get a refund back or not now I have to go and get another lock from a different store in order for me to secure my home Somewhere between the seller and the store shipping. The package was compromise by someone that decided to change some of the lot package equipment with that said, I couldn't believe the lack was switched before I opened my package.

I was excited to get the lock because we really needed it for our room. Husband went to install it before our roommate got home and that didn't work. The locking mechanism did work and i would have been ok with it but it was on clearance so I should have figured. Now I have to take the bus to the nearest Walmart to return it because it is defected.

Received the product broken. The lock doesn't work. Should have read the reviews first.
