UNHAPPY
POOR PACKAGING!!! JAW WAS BROKEN INTO PIECES. WILL NOW HAVE TO DEAL WITH CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! WHAT A WASTE OF TIME DUE TO SOME CARELESS IDIOT LACK OF PACKING SKILLS. THE BOX WAS IN PERFECT ORDER SO THIS IS NOT THE SHIPPER/CARRIER'S FAULT.
