Flex Seal Liquid Rubber Sealant Coating, 16 oz, White

I bought this to seal a leaky bay window that went down to the floor. I only used one coat and worked beautifully. The only negative I'd say about it, is the price. I bought the pint and thought it was a little pricey but otherwise it probably wouldn't keep me from buying it again. It just worked so well.

WE HAVE HAD A LEAK IN THE BASEMENT WALL, WHERE THE WELL PUMP PIPING AND WIRING CAME THROUGH THE WALL, FOR OVER 20 YEARS. I HAVE TRIED A VARIETY OF REMEDIES TO FIX THE LEAK OVER THE YEARS AND ALL HAVE FAILED. I SAW A COMMERCIAL FOR 'FLEX SEAL' AND ORDERED 2-16 OUNCE CONTAINERS OF 'FLEX SEAL LQD WHITE'. FOLLOWING THE CAN DIRECTIONS FOR WALL PREP I PAINTED A COATING OF 'FLEX SEAL', AROUND THE PIPE AND THE WIRES COMING THROUGH THE WALL. LET DRY FOR 48 HOURS AND PAINTED A SECOND COAT. SINCE THEN WE HAVE HAD TWO HEAVY RAINS WHICH WOULD HAVE CAUSED LEAKS AROUND THE PIPE AND WIRES AND THE 'FLEX SEAL' HAS STOPPED THE LEAK COMPLETELY. I STILL HAVE A CAN AND A HALF LEFT FOR OTHER PROJECTS.

I used this product on the inside of weightlifting collars to give them a slightly smaller diameter and a little more grip on the bar. It worked great although it is just a little bit thin to brush onto sloped surfaces. It tends to sag, droop, run etc. mostly by it's own weight I'm sure. that said I am so impressed that this is liquid rubber that drys tough and is actually white! I have some window problem and I plan to brush Flex Seal on the really bad spots to keep water out while I search for a fix. It would make a great sound deadening or sealing layer between surfaces etc. This is a dream come true.

I bought 2 sixteen ounce cans to fill one large driveway crack. Easy to use and dried fairly quickly. Made a waterproof seal of that crack for the winter. Be sure to buy enough. The picture leads you to think it's a gallon can but it is not. It's a smallish can so buy enough for your needs.

it works really really well the only thing we were disappointed on was the size it was little but none the less still got the job done i would just advise to read carefully the size will def be buying more

I bought this for a project I was working on and I'm so happy I did, It is amazing. You may need a second coat depending on what you use it for, but It is Awesome!

I went to walmart 3 times after it said on line it was there. gave up, came home and ordered on line. Well worth the wait, but I am so afraid to go to the store to buy something when it is not there. Can't you carry this product in the store?

Very loud smell it fades in a few hours. Very sticky wear gloves. Good for small leaks . NOT for pipes . I would buy again . I used to seal around a window that leaked when it rained and it did the job.

If you have a pipe or hose leak this is not for you.. The water pressure still causes the leak which then fills up the flex seal repair! Wow!! Now you have a water balloon.. better turn off the water before the flex seal fills to the point of bursting. Now figure how to drain w/o creating a big mess.

I thought the can was a gallon. It was only a pint. The commercial is misleading showing both sizes. I should have known it was too good to be true. I need to seal a leak on my roof. I could get Black Jack for $25.
