We had a sneaky, little leak that would only appear occasionally on our front porch patio cover. The company that installed it came multiple times to seal it, but it always came back. We saw the Flex Shot at our local Walmart, and thought, Why Not? My husband held the ladder firmly while I carefully ran a bead of the product along the edge of the patio cover, the product is clear so I couldn't really go wrong. And guess what? The first rain found us sitting out on our patio porch, enjoying the rain and feeling smug that it was completely dry!
I have been pleased with every purchase I have made with your company. I plan to continue to use your products. I want to try the paste but am waiting to get paid. The products are excellent for sealing around the doors in my home and outside doors as well. I have used as a caulk in my bathroom too. Very pleased!
After a lot of attempts with other products I would never use anything else. the only thing negative is the smell is very strong BUT only until it dries for about 20 min. it's amazing how strong it is and so versatile. i do prefer the clesr to the colored. just easier for me to use ANYWHERE.
This product has worked well sealing around my outdoor shed. Check to make sure it hasn't been used before you purchase it - I should have pulled off the cap before purchasing so I would have seen that one of the bottles had been opened. Happy with Flex Seal products - I've used the tape, liquid, and spray cannon addition to this!
I got this to seal my windows and other spots where the cold gets in. This Arctic wave this winter showed me exactly the spots that needed sealing. Did the job and did it fast %26 easy, I've had no prior caulking or sealing experience so I'm sure it being clear made it impossible to see any sloppy mistakes I may have made lol looks great %26 gets the job done. No more drafts.
This is a great product!! I live in an apartment and during Covid maintence was not allowed to come in. My pvc pipe under the sink started dripping. I used this to stop the leak. I keep a container under there just in case, but so far its worked well. Very happy with this!!
Although the product is great. Walmart stinks. It charged me $19.31 for the item, but when it arrived it had a $9.00 clearance sticker on it. I called customer service to request a price adjustment but was told they could not do that. They were supposed to send me a $10 off coupon for my next purchase but that never arrived in my email. Walmart needs to honor the prices on their products and deliver on their promises to their customers.
It works better than caulking or Gorilla glue
This let me seal a water leak around my window. While in storage, the contents leaked from under the nozzle, filling the cap. I wasn't able to clean it off. Ended up throwing the rest away.
I have mixed feelings. I am a farmer so not a newbie to repairs. The product is runny and kept dripping off the ceiling onto the floor. I am also not happy with the applicator, it's the same as the ones used for whipped cream cans…..so you don't have a lot of latitude for application. It runs down the nozzle and gets all over your hands. My recommendation is just use waterproof silicone caulking….using a caulking gun product seems more user friendly and less waste of product. but that is just my opinion… So also take into account, this was used inside…so using it outside on a roof might not be an issue for you, because the caulking would be aimed downward
