I used multiple drain cleaner liquds for standing water in the shower, only for the issue to be temporarily resolved and come back very shortly after. So I finally decided to give this product a try. It was simple to use and it immediately solved my problem. Of course, with multiple people using the same shower, it's only a matter of time until I need to use it again. However, it did what I needed it to do. On a side note, if you're the type that prefers to use one time use products like these more than once, the helpful spinning motion really wraps long hair around the tool, and that's great for removing the problem, but a pain to remove from the tool. Also, gloves recommended. Just a heads up!

My shower was draining slowly after using Drano gel, leaving water in the shower. I removed the drain cover and used the weasel which pulled a small amount of hair out. I was surprised that was enough for the shower to drain normally. Since then it drains quickly.

to the people who are saying it doesn't get hair out, you're not using the product correctly. literally snap the handle on then stick it in the drain and spin until it's difficult to spin. I pulled a literal 12 in hunk of hair out on the first try. if your drain is clogged in a different way (not from hair) then this product likely won't do much but for those sinks and showers clogged with hair, as long as you do it right this thing is amazing. To the people saying they wish they could reuse it, just wear some gloves and pull the hair off the end. it doesn't take much work. it does come with 2 wands anyway and it's only $5

Clogged drains suck. Cleaning clogged drains is disgusting. Drain weasel makes drain cleaning easy and efficient. The value is great for the hassle it saves

This item was my last effort before I called a plumber. I usually never leave reviews on items I've purchased but this one deserves the hype. It took 30 seconds to clear my drain. It pulled out more hair than any other snake I've ever used. I will never use another brand and I will be repurchasing this!!!

Works better than anything else I have found. Can come apart easily. If parts screwed together would stay together better. Teeth wear easily on snake part.

it worked great to unclog my shower but I hated that I had to throw it away afterwards it should be easier to get it clean so you can reuse it I have several drains in my house I was hoping to use it on

The snake is not as effective as it's advertised to be whether it's a sink or shower under pressure or no pressure at all. It doesn't get the hair out and your drain will still stay stopped up. It wasn't very expensive and I guess it's true you get what you pay for.
