We're on a Septic system so we have to be careful of what goes down the drain - has to be septic system safe. This says it is...so we thought it was ok to use. It worked like a champ - even better than a champ! Directions says to pour in affected drain and wait 7 minutes, the flush the pipe out with fresh water. Seven minutes later no clogged bathroom sink!!!!! This is a trouble sink that always becomes slowly clogged over the course of several months, then at some point the sinks water lever rises faster than it can drain even with tap turned at half blast! We used to use a different brand and it was supposed to sit for about 15 minutes before you flushed the pipes and you could smell the acidic aroma while it ate thru the clog - you had to run the ceiling fan as well as open the window for ventilation. Had a slow shower drain that was making me crazy with pooling dirty water to my ankles. Used the Zip brand cleaning tool to clear any hair (my suggestion) and poured the entire bottle and waited 15 minutes. I let hot water run for a long while (10-15 min [my suggestion]). Now I'm happy without having to clean the residue off my tub and feet after every shower!

This clog remover really works. I had 2 sinks and a tub that were clogged. I tried everything in the tub, including several plungers. This stuff worked the first time in the tub. I also had 2 sinks that I used a plunger on, and they only helped slightly. This product worked right away. Would highly recommend.

it said it was safe for all pipes they use it in my sister's home everyone there has long hair and went away for the weekend. I snuck it down their pipes. it said 7 minutes so I left it a little longer. and I'm sure it didn't do the whole truck but it did better than it was so I'm satisfied. I did confess to them that I poured this down their drain... any email 😂 Yes if anything would have happened I would be liable and I would have taken the responsibility. I received no remarks or complaints I think their minds were busy on other things nothing for them to notice.
