Great for those with Anemia and Iron Deficiences

Queen February 8, 2026

My doctor recommended me to start taking Flintstones Chewables with Iron. For years I have struggled with severe anemia and iron deficiency. I have tried various brands on iron even the prescribed iron by my doctor. But those full iron supplements always made me nauseous and constipated to the pointed I hated them. My anemia was so bad that my doctor wanted me to begin iron infusions. I pleaded for a different option which led to me taking these Flintstones. My iron levels have skyrocketted over the last year on these. I do labs every six months due to my anemia. But my labs in January came back that my iron was at a generous level. My labs came back nearly perfect for a change. These have become a permanent part of my daily supplements. As a adult, I take two a day. I will admit, they are not exactly sweet and not the best flavor. But the benefits outweigh the negatives. I highly recommend for those suffering from anemia and, iron deficiency.

Best way to add iron!

Peach June 27, 2026

For adults who need iron, this is the way to go. Many supplements are very hard on the digestive system and why swap one problem for another? These chewable vitamins are a no-brainer and were suggested by an advice nurse whose family members had similar problems, and this helped!

No stomach pain or sensitivity

Joyce October 2, 2025

Great vitamin for Kids and adults. I like it has extra iron and doesn't cause stomach sensitivity. Some iron supplements can be too harsh. No issues with these, and they've improved their formula!

Physician recommented because it is so hard to find multivitamin with iron and these were easier on sensitive stomachs. Taste to me is a little bit bitter but when taken with a meal it"s fine.

When I learned gummies are sprayed with vitamins and do not necessarily contain these same.Amount of each vitamin I had to switch to a reliable vitamin for my teen. she's loved these since she could chew vitamins.

I wanted to only get the old flint stone's vitamins because I hate the sugar free. The smell of the sugar free even turned my stomach. I would be very pleased if I could find the old vitamins made with sugar in Flintstones.

Helps with fatigue and low energy

Momof7 February 11, 2026

One of our kids was frequently lethargic and wanting to sit more than play. Doctor said low iron levels were the cause. Since starting our kid on this iron supplement, there are no more signs of fatigue and our child is much more active!

Taste TERRIBLE!!!

Tmal December 7, 2025

Long time Flintstones Vitamin consumer. I normally get the "complete" ones, but they were out of stock. These TASTE TERRIBLE!!!! I will never buy this variant again. I'm counting the days down until this one bottle is gone. Get the normal complete purple bottle one. Those don't taste as good since they changed to formula a few years ago, but WAY better then these.
