Floortex® Enhanced Polymer Rectangle Chair Mat Carpets 36" x 48"

The chair mat allowed the chair to roll easily. The wheels do not get stuck in a dip like they did with my old mat. Wish the edges tapered down to the floor surface, but that's not a deal breaker. The mat was sent flat, so I didn't have to contend with the mat rolling. The posts that go into the carpet are sharp. Be sure to take care.

It's very sturdy. It's a hard plastic type and not a vinyl type. It comes shipped flat and not rolled up. The only issue I have is that it does creep forward and I have to occasionally adjust and put it back into place.

I buy these every time I need a new one or they crack, and yes they do crack eventually but as always it's new, shiny and pretty!

The real time to review is after 5-10 years, but with a couple of months under its belt, it's been good.

Good quality mat. I liked that it was solid enough that it was shipped flat and not rolled up like some of the less expensive mats. It fit perfectly. It feels a tiny bit squishy on the carpet but does not interfere with its use. I contribute that to the height and thickness of the carpet (1/2" medium pile thickness). Desk chair rolls easily...almost too easily but manageable.

This chairmat not only protects my carpet, but also makes it much easier to move my chair up to and away from my desk, and it fits just right.

The quality could be better. The price was a little high based on the quality.

Chairmat moves about 1 to 2 inches in a 8 hour period. This requires that you take the chair off the mat and then move the mat

Too thin - when I step on it the outside edges lift, making it a tripping hazard
