This item is great for restoring my iron levels. It was safe to take during my pregnancy. I prefer the pills form because the liquid stained my teeth.
I liked the liquid version, absolutely love the pill version as you don't have to refrigerate and it travels a whole lot easier.

I usually eat liver during my pregnancies to avoid anemia, but now with my fifth I haven't been able to stomach it. I was recommended Floradix by several people. It does cause a bit of constipation, but by what I've heard from midwives and friends, it's not much compared to other brands.
Got thsi product for my mother who is on dialysis. She has been using the liquid vedsion but didnt like the taste. She loves the pill form and it helps keep her energy up.
Great product, just expensive. easy to take, "clean," and doesn't have a bad taste.
