Best for digestion
This product really helps me with my digestive system. I have IBS-D and when i'm on antibiotics , if I don't take this three hours before dose of antibiotic my intestines is totally messed up.

Capsule easy to swallow and no after taste. The L- theanine helps with liver disease and inflammation and us slightly calming. Price ok but a little expensive but cheaper here at Walmart.

worth a try
The reason why i bought this particular product was not only for gut health but vaginal health trio! a good deal . its been a month i notice a good diffrence , in my digertion. worth a try. Easy to swollow

Switching probiotics=possible yeast infection
I changed from TrueNature Advanced Digestive Probiotic from Costco( but available other places) to this because I ran out- and boy did I have regrets!! I was not informed that switching out your probiotic may cause you a yeast infection. Stick to what your body is used to and don’t go doing what I did because you’ll regret it . ***this brand did nothing for my bloating and don’t aid in keeping me regular .Tried it for 2 weeks . I do not recommend it.
