Equate Fluticasone Propionate Nasal Allergy Relief Spray, 50 mcg, Non-Drowsy, 72 Metered Sprays

I spray this in my nose for winter when cold weather may cause what is referred to as seasonal rhinitis. Also known as swollen nasal passages. This helps relieve the swelling of cold weather inflammation when it goes from hot to cold. This and eating a ton of peppers lol. Thank you for this.

Works very well, after I remove my CPAP in the morning and start breathing unfiltered air, sometimes I start sneezing and it just goes on and on, but this stuff stops that in its tracks , and works just as well as the more expensive brand-name stuff. Ordered it online, there the next day , such a relief! By the way, why ask for a star review for taste when it is a nasal spray? Also these little suggestions for the review don't make sense. Ulcers? Migraine? I'm more than capable of writing stellar reviews without suggestions!

I thought I had a cold, but my doctor told me I had allergies. She recommended I try this and I'm amazed!! I can breathe again! I'm not sniffling, sneezing or even coughing like I was before I started using this. We live within a block of several fields, and I can go outside now without carrying kleenex with me. I use this for sinus congestion. This is generic F lonase The Equate version saves me a lot of money over the cost of name brand medicine. My PA recommended fluticasone for me %26 my husband during the winter months. We were having a sinus issues. The dryness causes inflammation %26 your body reacts by creating too much mucus. Pro: this helps ease the inflammation so I can breath better. Now, I realize that a lot of my sinus issues came from beverages with citric acid. I eliminated citric acid from my diet, so only have to use fluticasone very few times a year. Con: there's a floral perfume that is irritating to shoot up the nose

When I take this allergy medication, suddenly I don't erupt into Pompeii every single time I'm exposed to cat hair or an errant bit of pollen. It smells like you're inhaling a bunch of lilacs and kinda tastes like battery acid, but it works, and maybe those two things are integral to the whole experience. I mean, maybe it isn't, but I suspect that it...could be?

This has been my go-to for allergy control or relief for several years. It is easy to use, very reasonably priced, and in my experience has been much more effective than taking any of the oral allergy medications. My doctor told me to give myself a dose before bed to avoid the problem of waking up with a stuffy nose (congestion). That tip really helped me. And start taking it a week or two before the allergy season is expected to begin -- ie ragweed season or tree pollen season. I have even found it helpful to stop a sneezing fit.

Use as per manufacturer's guidelines. Relieves allergy and upper respiratory symptoms without feeling anxious or drowsy. Keep on hand for allergy season! Easy to use- read instructions carefully for best results. Generic is much less expensive than name brand- exactly the same product.

The spray itself works the same for me in terms of allergy relief, and I haven't noticed any meaningful difference in effectiveness. If you already know fluticasone works for you, this is an easy way to cut costs without feeling like you're sacrificing quality.

Great value for the size, but the Equate Fluticasone Propionate Nasal Allergy Relief Spray didn't provide relief for me even after multiple uses. I did learn more about how these products work, though, this is a corticosteroid-based spray meant to address inflammation from seasonal allergies like hay fever. It can help with swelling, sneezing, and chronic sinus irritation, so it may work well for others even though it wasn't the right fit for my needs.

I've tried this several times and I never get even close to the metered sprays that is on label and it usually quits working halfway through the bottle. I think buying the Name Brand of Flonase is more for the money and their dispensers are made properly so as you can get up to the last spray. Will not be purchasing this item again...waste of money! 😡
