I have been taking these for about 2 weeks and I can really tell the difference in my body. I have so much energy, I am sleeping great at night and I haven't had a hot flash in days. I am buying these again and again and recommending them to all of my friends! Great easy to swallow pill!!

I'v only used this supplement for a few weeks and it really helps me rest at night and wake in the morning with little to no anxiety. I hope it keeps on working well.

Too soon to really say though. I hope these will help me by providing what my body needs to get through menopause easier. Definitely a must have for women of a certain age. I had no after effects taking it either.

I'm not sure what I was expecting. but I wasn't expecting this. usually I do good with this brand. never tried this advanced formula. so I hope to have better results than what I'm expecting from just looking at it. I'll update in about 30 days.

I tried them and it made me sick and made me feel weird so I gave them to a coworker to try out as well. She is a little older than I am and really in menopause and she said it seems to be helping her with the brain fog.

It really seems to have helped with my mood during the week that I took these pills. However, I wish I read the “Other Ingredients” section before trying this product. I don't understand the need for some of the other ingredients. I don't want chemical colors, pearlescent glitter, or talc in anything I ingest. I don't need the pills to be pretty; I just need them to work. So, unfortunately, I don't think I will continue to take these pills and will have to look for something similar without all of the additives.
