Fluidmaster Performax Fill Valve And Flapper Kit Multicolored

Initially I just purchased a Fluidmaster universal flapper only, but had to return it for a refund because my toilet still drained water. There was not a good seal. However when I purchased this combo set (fill valve and flapper) the flapper performed great with a good seal. I just did not use the new fill valve because the old unit works fine. I will just use it as a spare just in case.

You must start with the CORRECT size Valve and Flapper-I didn't the first time lol Then just follow the directions ! It tells you everything. Step by step, walking you through water levels of the tank versus levels of the bowl. Flushing enough water, not enough. Too high, too low, how to adjust where it needs to be. My toilet is better than what my plumber did when he installed the toilet and kit. He did NOT adjust or install properly. Now I have no problems. My water levels are great. The plumber/I were blaming my house and water pressure all these years. Just follow step by step. It is easy and you might learn too. In fact, I was recently away at a VRBO rental, and the toilet bowl water was almost kissing your bu** (too high). It about flooded every time you flushed. Aww haa (light bulb in my brain), I know what's wrong because I had installed the Fluidmaster Performax Fill Kit before and this one is installed incorrectly and needed an adjustment. :-) Get the right size and go for it yourself

This kit fixed our toilet right up! It came with easy-to-follow instructions and was a perfect fit for our modern toilet replacement. It's nice when something actually does exactly what it's supposed to!

Valve was fine - i ordered wrong size flapper so returned it.l WalMart return policy is bad. They delivered the product on a bag to my door but the return center (FedEx) needed to send it back packaged. So I had to purchase a shipping container. I was not given an option to take it to a store. Have to ask, why use WM when their online competitor has a much more reasonable return procedure.

Nothing wrong with product just that I couldn't use.

Very disappointed in this product. I have purchased other Fluidmaster items, but this one was very difficult to install and adjust. I will probably be returning this item.

This item came with broken fill valve tube connector. Pathetic. Took the picture of it. Attempted to use it given that the toilet was broken and had no other option but its continuously leaking at the moment. It feels like the seller delivered someone else's returned product since the packet didn't even contain the broken piece of it.

It was a substitute chosen by shopper. it was not even the right size or comparable item or cost. being a senior, I don't drive. couldn't get a refund because couldn't go to the store and couldn't return it to deliverer, so no way to get refund.Be nice to return when groceries are delivered.

This didn't fit my plumbing so I returned it to store but my refund has turned into a nightmare! Visa I used to purchase was replaced with new card so they gave me a slip of paper I tried to use on my next purchase but it says “shopping card reload” I don't have a shopping card, now I'm out 20$ and can't seem to get any help, thought I'd standing in the customer service line again this time of year takes a long time!
