Flybird Standard Weight Bench with Preacher Curl, Leg Developer, Chest & Shoulder Rack

I got the 900lb version. I'm 5'8" male 145 pounds with long arms and the gap between vertical supports was just the tiniest bit too narrow. I'm still 100% within normal form it just feels most natural sliding my hands out just a couple millimeters and thentry not to pinch my hands at the end. I recommend the 1000lb version unless you're small framed. I opted to not return and keep it since I can make it work, and customer service was beyond awesome and fast especially during holidays.

It took anout 1.5 hours to put together. Had some confusion and ended up having to take it apart and put it back together. But that was on us. Overall, it seems pretty sturdy. The bench raises and collapses. I can't wait to do some leg workouts in and bench presses.

This is a solid, stout bench for home use, and a great value too. Parts are labeled, and assembly instructions easy to follow . I'm 6'2” 235 %23 and I'm confident and comfortable on this bench with all the options (leg extension, preacher curl, etc). Buy this bench, you won't regret it.

Directions easy to follow, all parts aligned correctly with none missing, and very sturdy. Bench does not fold up for storage. Has small preacher bench which does not work well with leg lift brackets. Preacher bench is easy to remove. Will be adding pin to replace bolt in leg lift. Pins (x2) could also be used in attaching bench to bench press for easy removal

Very nice weight bench, especially for the price. The assembly takes a while and while the instructions were adequate, they could have been better. Overall, very pleased with this weight bench. It does everything I want and need.

The threads on knob to adjust the height of the preacher's pulpit must be fully disengaged in order to adjust the pulpit. Because of this and because that knob is located under the bench it is difficult to reengage the threads while holding up the pulpit. I recommend increasing the length of the threads welded to the upright. This way the knob can be unscrewed far enough to adjust the pulpit while the knob is still engaged to the threads on the upright.

The bench portion works well for the price. I do wish the bar supports had a quick adjust ability, but like I said, the price reflects this missing feature. The leg extension however is not rated to the 200 lbs mentioned. I had 140 lbs loaded and I could hear the paint cracking at the base of the plate loader. It appeared that the threads were stripping on the single screw that holds that part and it was bending downwards. This lost me confidence in this part as those weights are directly above the arch of your foot and could cause injury if it broke. Also, as can be expected, very small range of motion on the leg extension. Don't expect anything near a full stretch, as well as your heels hitting the lower support when at the bottom of motion. Also, where your legs are supported behind the knee, it was not square. So one leg did receive more weight than the other.

I got the bench put together as instructions stated. Everything fit together perfectly and back rest fits my body frame comfortably! The problem lies with the tilted seating and the weight rest. The weights kept bumping into the weight bar catch. I tried it every which way, but easy answer for the back rest angle I like (middle one). My wife came up with a great idea though. That was to put a 1 1/2 inch PVC collar to push weights on each side further over, which helps you to avoid hitting rests with weights. See pictures! IMO WEIGHT rest bar should be angle back a few inches or backrest pulled out from rests a few inches to avoid the bumping issue.

Flybird sent me the standard weight bench but I ordered the Olympic weight bench. It is smaller and has a lower weight capacity. The design also varies slightly from what was pictured and it does not accommodate Olympic weights (2 inch) or come with adapters as shown in the description. Very disappointed.

Ive asked where are the weights????? Gave me option of 900 or 1000 lb capacity Where are they???????
