CAP 100lb Standard Cast Iron Weight Set with 3-Pc Bar

Its not bulky exactly what i needed, perfect size for my petite frame and plates are small which i like. Grip is not wide , good size for women or beginners

I bought this for strength training for my bench but I bought the wrong one. However, it works good and I'll be able to utilize it for its real purpose once I buy the correct bar for my bench. Overall, it does the trick

these are perfect and very heavy and the bar is super solid. for $130 I bought it when it went on sale for $100 and it's worth every penny.

The weight set is a good value for the money. The one draw back is that when you use the weights on the bar, including the cap piece that screws on to lock on the weights, the set sheds very small flecks of metal. What this means is that I generally vacuum after each use to get rid of these small flecks. This is not hard, just a slight negative to the set.

very nice, only problem is that is incomplete. missing a 2.5lb plate

The CAP barbell set did not include collar screws to keep the plates on. When I reached out to Wallmart they told to contact the manufacturer. The manufacturer no longer supplies that piece so I had to order them on ebay. Wallmart was no help at all.
