These weight benches have come a long way over the years and keep improving. I received this bench faster than expected and it was packaged well. Instructions were easy to follow and hardware was solid. Welding was also solid and powder finish very attractive. The passed bench is comfortable as well. The collapse and fold up ability is a particularly nice feature. Once folded it takes up very little space. I don't think you'll find a better value than this product if your looking for a full featured entry level weight bench.

This is a really nice workout bench for home. It's good and sturdy. Great value for the money.

I'm new to weight training and didn't want to spend too much money. I couldn't be more pleased with this purchase. Bench has everything a beginner needs. Easy to put together with step by step instructions. It is sturdy and best of all, it folds up when not in use. I'm glad I decided to buy this one.

It's easy to assemble and instructions are just photos which was okay with me. My only problem was that it's a very flimsy and flexes quite a bit but it's one of those things where you get what you pay for. I think it will last if I'm careful how I place the weights on the rests. if you want something more sturdy, be prepared to pay another $75 to $100 more.

Functional, yet expected more. Worth the $200 but wouldn’t have paid more. Assembly was easy enough but the pads keep coming off the spindles and will probably tack weld in the arm spindles. Arm placement seems to be made more for my pre-teen boys which will get good use from it.

I like it well enough, but you definitely can't do much with both the leg or the arm components. They're so small I can't get good form without my feet swiping the ground and there's just not an easy way to do the chest. The bench itself is fine and I can get full range of motion to for the bar. Where you put your hands to get the bar up is on the outside of where you place the bar so it's a little awkward but not too bad. I've just put a book under the bench to help with the leg components but it does come at the cost of its sturdiness so you can't put too much weight on the leg parts. Assembly is easy enough, all parts came in fine, and besides how cheap it feels and works it's a fine starter bench even if most of the “multi work out” parts aren't really usable unless you're short. Buyer Beware: I have generally really enjoyed Mikolo brand equipment, and I did not really hesitate to truly analyze the reviews. That's totally on me. However, just know that this weight bench is SMALL. The barbell that comes with it is extremely short and very light. The arm and leg attachments do not seem super sturdy, nor ergonomically designed for their intended purpose. If this were the only weight bench I could have in my space, I'd return it (I'm still debating if I want to). Just know that the weight bars are 1”, which I did not expect. We will have to purchase additional bumper plates to use them. Kinda disappointed, but you live and learn I guess!

some of the parts are not there or missing holes for assembly. . would have been a nice bench for the money. . trying to call for missing parts no one answers the phone or returns my phone calls!

No way to secure it while in the folded position, the leg part has a big knob that my knee hits every time, there are no proper hinges and the movements are not smooth (riding on threaded bolts). Would never recommend and if it wasnt too late I would return it. Definitely not safe at all either because the narrow base tips easily both setup and folded.
