My son wanted a gym and he's 10 years old and I didn't wanna go and spend $1000 right now so I took advantage of the sale and let me tell you it was worth every penny a Jim that's worth almost $400 for less than $200 it took me about 3 1/2 hours as a woman to put it together what I will tell you is you do need a wrench, other than that so simple and so easy they do give you all the that you need to assemble it, but it would be easier to use a wrench

This is a great workout bench for the novice or someone who's been working out for a while. The reason I wanted it is because it has the pulldown. that alone allows for so much more than a regular weight bench. It also has built in flies. If you're thinking about getting back in shape or maybe just starting this is a good step above the basic bench and worth the little but of extra money. I also found out in my own life of 58 years that having your workout equipment at home is way more motivating than going to any gym. Having to drive to the gym is just one more excuse not to workout that day but if you workout at home and decide "i really don't feel like working out today" your weight bench will continuously mock you until you drag yourself over to it and get to work. Not only will you get into better shape but you will save yourself that monthly gym fee.

This weight bench was just what we needed. Rather than waist money on a gym membership, we made this one time purchase and a few other items and turned our extra bedroom into a private gym.

Great value for the money. the lat extension is a little more limited than I would like because the pulley only stretches so far, but I wouldn't expect better unless I spent significantly more money. It was easy for me to put together by myself and feels sturdy. it works great with a 5ft dumb bell bar, so keeps everything compact.

it's small. you can't reach full extension, which kills the value of the bench. I'm 5"10 and can't comfortably work out here and I'm not even using heavy weight. also the bar is a joke, it's almost a biceps bar.

please understand that my review is for how the item arrived. I was damaged and I'm disappointed because it was a surprise gift. However Mohammed the Walmart rep said that Walmart take full responsibility and would initiate a full refund. I will change to 5 stars if this happens

listed as olympic weight bench, but its built to hold standard weights, and not good value for the already "bargain" price. should be priced 40% lower

I actually love this six, and one I put it all together by myself.All five foot one hundred and fifteen pounds.And when I was done the piece that slides up and down the pulley lat bar was cracked, I was not about to disassemble, what took me six hours to put together. but that piece that slides up and down the bar needs to slide freely.So it would be really nice if you would replace that part.Then I would be more than happy to give a five star review.

DO NOT BUY THIS!!! Is factory defective and when u request refund Walmart wash his hands and said “this is not Walmart this is one dealer we do not take the equipment and is heavy we don’t take heavy items”. This is a nightmare . The cable is short not enough way to stand your arms and complete the exercise correctly, same with legs is so short that your foot will hit the floor.
