I honestly didn't expect to like this vibration plate as much as I do. It's compact, easy to use, and surprisingly powerful for its size. It's quiet, well built, and simple to set up. I really appreciate the variety of program options rather than being limited to a single speed. After using it consistently, I've noticed less stiffness and better overall body awareness. A great addition to my routine and absolutely worth the investment.

I usually use this on days I don't do any actual exercise. It is easy to use, relatively lightweight. It feels wonderful when it is vibrating your whold body. I also feel like it has helped ease my back, hip and knee pain. I am very happy with my purchase.

Been searching for months for a reasonally priced vibration plate. was skeptical at first, there were so many bad reviews but heard this was one of the better brands. Came new in box, and ready to use. Remote worked like how it should. Definitely a must buy.

Easy to use. Has 99 different speed settings. It has eight magnets under each foot for added health benefits. My husband has knee pain, but notices pain is greatly reduced after using it for just 15 minutes. It doesn't take up much space so we keep it set up in the corner of the living room and watch tv while using it. Win/Win. Exercise and leisure at the same time!

I've been using this vibrating plate for about a week now, and so far, so good! It's very quiet, efficient, and easy to use. I haven't had any issues with it at all. It's fun and shakes well haven't tried different levels just the standard it came with when turned on. Used it up to 15 min. My mom 70 y year old said she used it for 10 min and sweated. Guess it's a work out. It's also relaxing on the muscles. Haven't had any side effects. Good vale for price.

I have lymphedema and I had read this could be helpful. I also have the compression device prescribed by my physician and my part after insurance was over $1000. This plate has been more helpful in decreasing the pain than my prescribed machine and takes so much less time. It is relaxing as well and helps with balance. I love it.

I purchased this more for health reasons than exercise. The vibration effects are supposed to be helpful to your adrenal system. So, I cannot state truthfully if it's good for exercises, but it is a platform that you stand on %26 it does vibrate pretty hard, depending on the setting. You can feel the work on your muscles. It's very heavy, so I hope it lasts.

I started slow, a few minutes on level one, every 2nd day before bed. Almost right away, I noticed I was sleeping longer before having to get up for a washroom break. After about 10 days I tried 10 minutes on level 2, and actually slept 7 hours, no bathroom trip. Last night was the 2nd night of 10 minutes on level 2. No bathroom trip again! Not something I even thought about, or expected. I'm definitely going to continue using it every night.
