Excellent
I honestly didn't expect to like this vibration plate as much as I do. It's compact, easy to use, and surprisingly powerful for its size. It's quiet, well built, and simple to set up. I really appreciate the variety of program options rather than being limited to a single speed. After using it consistently, I've noticed less stiffness and better overall body awareness. A great addition to my routine and absolutely worth the investment.

This successfully removed swelling in right foot. I have a medical condition that can lead to this type of difficulty. My mobility is impaired. I researched and presented findings to 2 doctors and physical therapist. They were happy, thrilled %26 pleased,

Love my jiggler
I love this thing. I have seen more expensive vibration plate but for the price I'm not sure how they could be better. I call it my jiggler because my vibrater just sounds bad. 😉

Great product
I usually use this on days I don't do any actual exercise. It is easy to use, relatively lightweight. It feels wonderful when it is vibrating your whold body. I also feel like it has helped ease my back, hip and knee pain. I am very happy with my purchase.

Faulty parts
It came with a bent piece and I have a disability and this was so hard to put together I was hoping the company can just send a replacement peice but I have to send the entire thing back sadly

Remote
Remote is cheap . Hard to open . Battery inside not working. Bought this to help with my mobility. Unable to turn on at floor level. So with remote not useable this product is not for beginners.
