this bike is the perfect size love that it's adjustable marked a four on the seat just due to I need more cushion. very quiet can't even hear it in the Next Room.

Directions to put together were poor but my husband did it without them. The monitor does not work right. I will say at least the bike is lightweight and quiet.

Although this came damaged at the bottom (see photo) I was still able to put it together - instructions were different than others overall it was a good buy

I can"t seem to assemble the bike, haven't been able to try it out.

I received my bike on the 21st of April. after checking the parts I was missing item %23 12-3 M8 nuts, %2313 - 3 flat washers, %23 14- seat cushion and one curved washer. I reached out to Dprado, the company that sells the bike on the 22nd. To date I have not received the missing parts and continue to get the same automated email from them. I am 74 years old and there is no way I can get this item anywhere to ship it back. This is the poorest customer service I have ever dealt with.

It's not too difficult to assemble and the exercise bike function works but the monitor I received did not convert to MPH. I contacted the company about this issue and they informed me that the monitor was the wrong one and they'd have to special make a monitor that does the function they claimed this one does. They informed me this could take several months or I could receive a small partial refund. I decided to just take the refund as I can convert the KM to miles if needed. But the real issue came with the elastic band. I've had the bike for a week and the elastic band has already frayed down to expose the actual band beneath the red rope and this feels incredibly unsafe. I did not expect the band to last forever, but not even a week is just ridiculous.
