Very solid product. Just not exactly sure of it being the best at processing because of design. My first 2 uses were to make (The Best) Cheesecake, and found that my mixes (cream cheeses, cottage cheeses, eggs, cream, etc) didn't get fully, smoothly blended the way I want them: they ingredients were sort of stuck to the bottom of the 'bowl', but I did scrap/mix as well. My other "brand name" product does it super well. However it did my crust ingredients exactly how I wanted them🙂. So I'll test this more. Overall it is really excellent - haven't tried the dough mixer yet 👨‍🍳

works just fine for both dry and liquid items. easy to clean. seems like a lot of pieces - more complex than others. also, i am so afraid of breaking or cracking the container. wish they made these in glass or stainless steel.

it doesn't crush graham crackers very well. The center stem got stuck a few weeks back. I seem to fight with yhe machine more than its worth

The power and blades didn't perform well at all. Had frozen pineapple chunks to make a smootie and it simply would not chop well at all.

I have contacted this seller multiple times about a product that was defective. They will not get back with me at all. I'm not asking for a refund. I'm asking for a replacement on the lid that I received that was broken. The unit will not even turn on because of the broken lid. I've tried for three months to rectify this issue.

Product was broken in a few weeks and customer service was not good at all in resolving the issue.

Looks great but does not work at all.
