I had a damage package due to shipping but the customer service has so helpful they send me a new one very quickly and were very good at replacing it . I recommend this product and was very happy with customer service response.

Looks really neat but doesn't heat like we need
Heater puts out real nice ambiance but not much heat unless standing next to it. We were thinking this would be great on our covered porch and could use fan above to push heat down if necessary but it didn't give off enough heat. Wish now that we would have gone with other model but we do love the flame in the tube. Looks good but just doesn't put out the heat we were expecting

The holes for the wheels are on the wrong side of the base, so the access door for tank falls off when you move it.

Website description swim 90inches, but item received was only 80inches tall. Could not directly return to Walmart. They would not accept return. We tried contacting seller, no response after 2 weeks. Poor customer service. Would not recommend.

Nice product, lousy customer care
Honestly the product is nice. The main issue is it arrived and the glass tube is cracked and the top cover was bent. After assembling the entire thing which wasnt too easy only to find the last two parts needing to be installed were the damaged ones, it would be great if I could get even just a replacement glass tube instead of taking it all apart and sending it back. Issue is I have tried reaching out to customer service about it twice now and have gotten no response. So I will now have to disassemble it and get a refund. Shame

Broken component
Opened the box today (Saturday some people have to work) The quartz chimney is cracked though the packaging has NO VISIBLE DAMAGE to the exterior

WARNING! Item is junk and the customer service for this 3rd party is useless. Trying to charge me $40 for Return plus schedule my own shipping pickup. I HIGHLY ADVISE YOU NEVER PURCHASE FOOWIN at Walmart or online!!!!
