This vitamin runs about the same size as most men's multivitamins, so average size. The is no aftertaste and my body seems to like them. It's only been a short time taking them so it's a little surprising they are working so quickly

Force Factors multivitamins have above the daily recommended dosage but my body seems to actually benefit for the ingredients. Sleeping better, no deficiency in bloodwork, and fewer night cramps. As long as I get enough sun, limit screen time after dinner and keep hydrated, with these multivitamins life seems better.
