Helped my arthritis pain
Really helps decrease arthritis pain in my knees so I continue to order this product. It did take several days for the relief to be noticed when I first started using this product but I expected that.

Too soon to tell
Have only taken a couple of time so far, so it's hard to determine if it is helping for disc joint relief - hopefully knee, too. Have used another brand before and thought it helped, but will have to get more serious about taking this one regularly to determine if helpful.
