They help my iron and energy levels! I take these without calcium so my body can absorb the iron better. They don't upset my tummy and I haven't notice trouble with my bowel movements but I make sure not to take them on an empty stomach and I do make sure to take magnesium as well just so I won't have potential issues.
I take 2-3 of these every morning to supplement my iron and have seen a huge difference in my energy level!
I've just taken two doses but I do feel more primal and powerful. For example i growled at my dog this morning and he helped and ran away. Hopefully I'll get a hairy chest and big muscles so I can throw away my muscle suit and chest wig.
the gel capsules are soft and easy to swallow, i've been taking it for about a week now and everything is good so far! 5 pills a day i just eat it with my breakfast
First time to try. These capsules are easier to swallow than tablets. Dosage has 5 per day equals 3000mg, we are going to only take one (600mg). Purchased to help with vitamin B deficiency we both have. Arrived sealed around the top of bottle but not with plastic seal around the lid and bottle. Would feel more comfortable with both seals.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My doctor repeatedly told me to eat beef liver once a week, but I can't do it. I was excited to learn about this supplement, beef liver capsules, without the taste or smell! I'm happy about it; I feel so much better! I feel energized, my hair has stopped falling out, and I feel like I don't have deficien more, and I will be taking it regularly!
These capsules are actually really big, no problems with taste but be warned these are giant! Got 1 stuck in my throat and it was rough! Also, read the directions before you buy, serving size is high when I wanted to just take 1 a day.
