I take this with my meal and I really can't tell if it's working. Idk if I should take it way before. The bloating I get from eating has decreased

Elevated my blood pressure to 150/87.
I took two with breakfast and two at lunch, the green tea raised my blood pressure. If you have high blood pressure of any sort, don't try this product.

Promotes healthy digestion and replenishes good bacteria
As many of us are sheltering-in-place and reaching for comfort foods, I'm trying to incorporate more probiotics. Taken as directed, it's been great for my digestive system. It may help you lose weight, but nothing replaces proper diet and exercise. This honest review is In exchange for receiving a free sample of this product.
