Work
I lost 20 lbs this summer from wlking %26 some diet changes. This helped me keep the weight down when winter came around %26 I wasn't able to go wlking as much as I did in the summer. Plus I've always had bloating issues %26 this has seemed to help keep that at a minimum.

Elevated my blood pressure to 150/87.
I took two with breakfast and two at lunch, the green tea raised my blood pressure. If you have high blood pressure of any sort, don't try this product.
