High in sodium
Too much sodium. Caused my blood pressure to spike. I'd advise people that are sensitive to sodium find another pre workout or use this brands nitric oxide beets instead.

Couldn't tolerate
That the taste is over powering I added 2 16.9 oz water in with a scoop of product and it says it's only sapos to put in 10oz
