Highly recommend
The capsule is a bit big, but it is easy to swallow. I take the capsule with five other pills with no issues. My AST/ALT numbers have been good, and I find that when I take this supplement, I have less discomfort on my right side. I find the price acceptable, and it does seem to be in stock when I run out. I have definitely seen an improvement in my health after taking this product. I highly recommend this product.
