this is a great get her moving cleanse. it isn't harsh and it takes about 2 days to get things going. you can only take it for 8 days but you really don't have to do that after 4 days I stopped and am regular again thank goodness. hectic schedules and not eating quite right everyday sometimes gets us in a bind and I was very fortunate to find this thanks again Walmart!

So this product worked super fast at least for me! I could feel I was holding onto a lot of gunk in my body and I retain water at certain times of the month. So I got this and I literally feel so much better and lighter and I am down about 3 lbs since I have started using which was only a few days ago! I like the ingredients and I like this product!

I have used this product for about 10 years. I take it almost everyday, right after dinner, so I can have a full release the next morning. I like having the knowledge that I will be sure of a easy, complete bowel movement every morning. Body Gold gives me that fulfillment and assurance. I was able to try these for about a week. There was a noticeable difference in bowel movements ... after just a couple of days, I was having easier, more regular poops. I think it works bc if I go a couple of weeks without it, I notice a more toxic level and maybe back up issues? Not sure if this is helpful or not; atill deciding!

no task as its capsules, product does not seem to work much - some days it works and some it doesnt and never know when it might kick in as it is not within a reasonable time. Will not be buying this brand again.

Do not Use this product, I Repeat DO NOT USE THIS PRODUCT! I decided to use this late January and my stomach has not been the same ever since . From stomach cramps , to anxiety , hemorrhoids and loss of appetite. Stay away .
