I have never used a digestive cleanse before so I wasn't sure what to expect or how quickly it would start working. It took a couple days to start working, it was gentle, similar to fiber supplements. I don't feel a difference yet, I'm hoping that will change after continuing to use it.

I was only able to try one dose because the product made me fill so full that it was uncomfortable. I took the pills at night and had absolutely zero appetite the next day. I felt incredibly full even though I had not eaten a single thing. It was a very unpleasant filling. The dosage directions are also extremely confusing and the pill size is a bit too large as well.
