This product is exactly how I expected it. I take this product with juice instead of water but that is just my preference. I highly recommend this product, but please read the labels. I noticed bowl movement changes within 24 hours, but after a week things went back to normal. One of the best things about this product is it didn't leave a horrible aftertaste like some other products I have used. I will continue to use this product in the future.

The Body Gold Digestive Clenz is the best way to feel better after days of feeling heavy and irritated. The first day I felt weird because is the first time I use anything like this. But on the second day started to go very frequently to the bathroom. No pain just felt like going to the bathroom . On third day I felt very good. So I wouldn't say they are a bad choice for a vitamin supplement, but if you're looking for any kind of results you can actually notice soon, then I would not suggest this product.

I was truly hoping to enjoy and benefit from the Body Gold Digestive Clenz, Nature's Cleansing Formula, since I struggle with a lot of stomach issues. Being both lactose intolerant and having gastritis, this capsule sounded perfect for me. As of today, I have been taking the sample I received from #hometesterclub for 7 days, and although it did help with my digestion, it also made me feel nauseous and bloated. Overall, the slight benefit doesn't outweigh the negatives for me to use or recommend.

The Body Gold Digestive Cleanz is a capsule filled with herbs and a probiotic that is meant to help support digestive health. I was only able to try one dose because the product made me fill so full that it was uncomfortable. I took the pills at night and had absolutely zero appetite the next day. I felt incredibly full even though I had not eaten a single thing. It was a very unpleasant filling. The dosage directions are also extremely confusing and the pill size is a bit too large as well.
