I liked the price of the item and the quick delivery without having to go to the actual store without knowing whether it was in stock.?sit wasn't in stock. I used it to deal with the ant problem.

An all time favorite
I love 409 - have used it for years, just like my mom. I've purchased from other online shippers and they could take some pointers from Walmart - they have shipping liquids down pat and my items always arrive intact with no leaks! Very pleased!

Unable to get smashed bottle cap off bottle
This item was shipped to me with the top smashed into the bottle. It was in a cardboard box with no packing to secure the bottle in the box. I tried several ways to get the cap off, but it was smashed in so tight I had to physically cut a hole in the top of the bottle and pour the contents into another container. It was difficult.
