I was wary of getting this since it was a Black Friday discount and I had read a couple of negative reviews and I thought maybe they were trying to unload some inferior product, but it is awesome and far exceeds what I was expecting. It's sleek and modern. I don't mind it being in view of the living area because it looks like a top of the line piece of equipment (which it is). I've never used a water system, but I've just moved in with my grandson and his wife and we go through bottled water like crazy and this seemed like a logical solution. It was very easy to figure out how it works, and literally nothing to put together. Just pop the jug of water in and you have hot/cold water. Really glad I got it.

This is worth it so far! We've had it for a couple of months now and I love that I don't have to hook it up to any water line, no crazy way to hook it up and it fits our 40 oz. tumblers with more space as well. We just take our 5 gallon jugs to the natural spring to fill them up and boom...we have natural ice cold water or hot water if needed. This thing is amazing!

Latest style update is great, locking hot button is nice. But the best part is I can sit my Stanley on the ledge, shelf, whatever it's called, and fill it without halving to hold it at an angle or hold it at all! Not have to press ‘cold' then hold the dispense button is great too.

I purchased this item. I left it in the box for many months until I decided to use it. When I took it out of the box I used it for about a month.And then I noticed the cord ad a small split in it. I did not inspect the cord, because it's a new item.

The dispenser works as described. BUT, you are stuck to use the primo brand water jugs. The nozzle attachment does not fit a standard 5 gallon jug that is not primo brand. The difference is the mouth size. Like why????? Plus Primo customer service sucks. I sent message and called to inquire about it initially because our jugs wouldn't latch. Never got a response. Ended up having to buy the primo brand water jugs to be able to use it. Smdh.

There was damage to the box and the machine. Also, it appears apiece is missing. Walmart is requesting I returm via Fedex, which is unacceptable. If I paid to have the machine delivered, what makes the company think I can physically return myself. The consumer should not be responsible for these actions, if ordered for delivery. Every large purchase I place with Walmarr there are issues, therefore, this is my last purchase with Walmart of this size.

This unit dispenses more room temperature water than it does cold water.Seems like once the water level becomes low in the bottle below, it stops coooling, and the red light comes on but the bottle below still have water.And when the botrle is full it seems like if the blue light is not on the machine you will not get cold water you have to wait untill the blue light comes on tk get cold water the blue light comes on and shuts off maybe every 15 or 30 minutes total trash.My older units thats 30 years old top load is way better you get cold water untill the last drop in the bottle.

he next day, [Date of return], I returned the defective item to the Bastrop Walmart store. I explained the situation to the customer service team and made a reasonable request: to reorder the exact same item at the original purchase price. This request was unfortunately and frustratingly denied.

Item came defective. Water comes out a as a small trickle and isn't cold. Takes like 5 minutes to fill a cup. I can't lift the item to package, take to a center and return it (whole reason I had it delivered in the first place) so I'm out over 200 bucks. Save your money, buy another brand at another retailer.
