Gourmia 12 Cup One-Touch Coffee Maker with Auto Keep Warm

The pot was broken when I received it, went to Walmart for a exchange they told me that I had to wait for them to credit my account. I don't know why I could not get another coffee machine the same price, I was told no

I usually almost always write positive 4-5 star reviews, but unfortunately, I had a troubling experience with this seller and product. I was really excited to get the Gourmia coffee maker, but the shipping took forever. To make matters worse, it wasn't even shipped in a proper box—just the coffee maker box itself—so it arrived dirty and damaged. I ended up throwing it out without realizing I would need it for the return. The coffee maker itself has been a complete nightmare. It constantly overflows ground coffee into the filter and coffee pot, or the grounds get stuck inside the chambers and clog the machine almost every time I try to use it. Cleaning it is a huge mess and takes way too much time. Without the original packaging, I'm just stuck with this junk. Would not recommend to anyone. Long shipping, damaged packaging, and a coffee maker that constantly overflows and clogs. A frustrating, messy, and time-consuming experience. Would not recommend.

My second coffee maker showed up and it was perfect. I had to return the first one as the cover was broken. shipping with no packaging material is risky

ORDER IT AND NEVER RECEIVED PRODUCT

Overall, I like that it doesn't shutoff every 2 or 3 hours, made a pot of coffee quickly, but my only complaint is the lettering indicating how many cups on the carafe becomes invisible when you fill it with water. maybe consider using two different colors...one for water and one for coffee.

This coffee maker is a work horse and so easy to use! I only use 1 Tablespoon of coffee for 12 cups of water since I can't handle a lot of caffeine. I let it cool then store in the fridge for my morning ice coffee. There's only one button: On and Off, so just remember to manually turn it off after the brewing cycle is completed. 5 Stars!

this is a great product easily to clean delivered as promised highly recommend it

I love this coffee pot. It's my second one over the years. I don't need to program anything, just push a button

If you are looking for a coffee maker without any extras this is it. It makes coffee and you manually turn off when you are finished drinking coffee. I is higher that the Mainstays maker but not any better

No frills but gets the job done for less than $20 bucks. Perfect when I have extra guests who want decaf. I brew a whole pot and use for ice coffees. Saves a ton of money.
