Four Sixes Big Gather Beer Marinade Mix, Meat Marinade, Hint of Citrus, 1.25 oz Packet

I am a vegetarian, so instead of using this to marinade meat, I used it with some cauliflower florets that I roasted in the oven. I didn't have any beer either, but even when mixed with water, it made a very tasty marinade. I would highly recommend it. 

I was reading the preparation of the marinate and adding a beer to boost the flavor sounds delicious . When reading the info in the bag of marinate say a recipe coming from Texas with the traditional seasonings . I will use half for marinate chicken and the other half for marinate a piece of steak . The powder mix smells delicious . I can wait for have a great piece of protein grilled with this seasoning wiry a side of mash potatoes .

wow great flavor that does well for chicken as a marinade. I put marinade on some chicken and pork chops with this seasoning and it was very good . the flavor is unique. its not to powerful that it overwhelms the food . I would recommend this marinade

This is a very different marinade. I liked it. There is a tiny bit of sweet taste to this. Not very salty at all which I also like. I tried mine on chicken but I think it would be even better on salmon. If you are looking for a unique marinade this one is it.
