I purchased Four Sixes original cowboy seasoning blend. This is a seasoning blend and rub that has a hint of chili pepper in it. The rub had a nice spicy smell. We used it as a rub on steaks that were then grilled. It gave the steak a nice flavor. You could taste the flavor along with garlic. You could see the different spices in the blend. I like the option of either scooping it out with a spoon or shaking it over the steak if you want some additional flavor. Looking forward to trying the other flavors that are available would recommend if youare an avid griller and want a good seasoned steak.
This seasoning is amazing. It has a hint of chili, with also some garlic and onion. It could be used either as seasoning or rub. I like to add it to my steak but I think it works for other meat as well. It is a great value for money considering its size. I definitely recommend it.
The Four Sixes Taylor Sheridan's Original Cowboy seasoning is really good on steaks, but especially on deviled eggs! It replaces my smoked paprika. It's smoky and slightly spicy. So good for anything grilled - even veggies. Thanks for my new favorite Four Sixes!
It is great in a burger. It really boosts the taste. Maybe the burger was already delicious, or maybe I was just very hungry, but I really liked the taste. I didn't use just a little bit, I love seasonings, so I added a good amount, which added a nice flavor to my patty.
I thought the four sixes original cowboy seasoning was really good. it has a nice flavor balance with a little kick on the back end. I had it with my breakfast steak and eggs and this seasoning brought my breakfast to ths next level. great product I would recommend and will be keeping in my cabinet.
This seasoning is pretty darn good. It's a solid rounded seasoning that I feel work work for a lot of things. Barbecue, really any pork, chicken, or beef. In a white sauce pasta, on sautéed veggies. Seems like it would be pretty versatile. It has the right amount of garlic and the chipotle just gives it that perfect hint of smoke. I used some today to garnish some deviled eggs, and they were divine.
So I am reviewing the four sixes taylor sheridan's original cowboy seasoning. I can't wait to do a beer can chicken and use this seasoning. It has a really good flavor it has just a little hint of heat. I think I might have found my new favorite seasoning.
Four Sixes Taylor Sheridan's Original Cowboy seasoning is an excellent seasoning/rub. It contains salt, dried garlic, dried onion, dried chili pepper, and Chipotle chili pepper, as well as rice hulls and other "spices." The seasoning seemed to be the perfect combination of the seasons that I would typically blend together to season my meat.
If you like your meat with a little bit of heat, this is a good blend to go with! We originally tried with burgers and that compactness and smaller portion might have been overwhelmed by the spices in this. On a big slab a steak, a little bit going a long way, this gives a way, this tastes great. I've never heard of Taylor Sheridan, but I'm glad to see him riding his Yellowstone notoriety and coming out with a unique spice that's just as spicy as his shows!
This is an interesting seasoning because it's gotP almost wood flavor to it. There's also a bit of tart and then you have some heat mixed in.. It's actually better than I was expecting. I think it would be good on a variety of meats and vegetables.. I think this would be really good with anything that you cook on the grill. Stacey and I like it.!
