FoxFarm Ocean Forest Potting Soil, 12-Quart- Pack of 3

I have a greenhouse fairly close by that i usually purchase from but having some mobility issues and had some shipped. I do like Fox Farms soil. I add a little %233 perlite or Pumice and Orchiata or Reptile pine bedding some charcoal some worm castings and perfecto!! The perfect chunky substrate for my needs. However you use it i seem to have happy plants using this substrate with no gnats either!

Love this soil! I mixed it with some aeration additives and my plants have been THRIVING! I use it for everything from Hoyas and cactus to tomatoes. By itself it's really good, but tossing in some perlite and orchid bark/charcoal/coco husks, etc really brought it to life! I haven't had any problems with fungus gnats or similar sense, and the potting medium itself if very light and airy. It doesn't seem to condense after watering and stays nice and soft.

I don't review this kind of stuff, but my plants are taking off like crazy. I can't keep much alive in the front because it's so hot and all day direct sun, even direct sun plants die in this Florida heat. this stuff is the only difference. my plants are so happy!!

The best choice to be gnat free. I've tried lots of soil and keep coming back to fox farms for their reliability and quality. Worth it to not have critters.

The product list, crab mites as a ingredient. I was surprised after potting my plant to see tiny little white land crabs going in and out of the soil good job.

I used to drive a mile into town to pick up my Fox Farm soil. If I got the big bag it would go hydrophobic before I could use it all. So this came in a 3 smaller bag packages. I use what I need %26 can open a new bad when I need it. Very convenient %26 delivered to my door! Love it!!

I discovered this product last year and was totally blown away! You can literally see your plants growing once you pot them using this soil. My garden is in pots on my deck and I am amazed with how well they all are doing. I started some seeds last week and decided to use this soil instead of my seed starter soil. In 3 days my seeds had sprouted and are doing great! I told my son this product is soil on steroids lol! I can't remember how many bags I used last year but to date this year I have purchased 8 bags. I have repotted houseplants using this soil and they grow like crazy!!! Best soil I have ever used, they have a customer for life!!!

It took 3 days longer to get here and when it did you could tell that the post office had sent it from Florida to DC to Richmond VA Roanoke VA to Greensboro Nc back to Richmond then to My house in Staunton the box was beat up and the product was hot from a 14 day ride in hot trucks

This is the most expensive bag of dirt I've purchased in my life so far but my pepper plant looks nice I wish it would produce peppers already I'm going to be moving it soon because it seems it's stunted maybe it needs more room? I have noticed a lot more gnats around the house so I've had to buy traps for those. Idk I'm underwhelmed I probably won't be repurchasing.

product was overpriced for the size but i was in a hurry. was delivered later than promised and it smelled off.
