like the title says, I use this for more than reloading! I double checked this against, my FA analog one, and a few other name brand ones. ( see photo) This is beyond comparison. I end up using this with other projects around the house and shop. So, get extra batteries! Yes the auto shut off works perfectly- built well. Just follow the manual, and keep it clean before or after each use. Perfect item for all your needs. ..too bad they dont make a 3 foot one!

I bought my Frankford Arsenal calipers quite a few years ago. Since then, they have been used thousands of times. I purchased a 3d printer and found they were also useful to me for that. They have always held zero very well and measuring known items with them has always shown them to be accurate - even after years of use. The battery life has been very good for me and the accuracy doesn't seem to be affected as the battery drains. I now much prefer the digital reading to my older dial indicator. I and several of my friends have been very pleased with ours. The value for money is great and they have held up to years of use. The bottom line is: You need to have very precise measurements when reloading. These are both a great price and have proven to be reliable for me.

Shipping was fast and it is new but not thrilled at all it is the black model not the blue on as show in the picture/it should be updated with the correct picture only giving a 2 star do to good price and good shipping.
