I could not give this review a full 5 stars because of the inaccurate description. The fridge I received did not have door shelves and when trying to figure out how to reach customer service the only option given was to return the fridge. For the price it was still a good purchase.

The freezer arrived damaged on the day of delivery. The top right corner is broken, the door makes a loud hissing noise when opening, and there are multiple dents on the door. I contacted Walmart immediately on the delivery day. Multiple Walmart representatives confirmed that I would receive a refund and that no return or pickup was required. I followed their instructions and waited. After weeks of waiting, Walmart changed their position and demanded that I transport this large appliance to a store or FedEx, which is unreasonable and impossible for me. The item was damaged upon delivery, and the seller failed to honor the promised refund.

You just better be careful because FedEx delivered this to me with dent scratches. All beat up and Walmart still has yet to resolve the issue. They told me that I have to get the item back to the store. And then I contacted CUSTOMER SERVICE twice. They told me somebody was coming out to pick it up. Nobody has come yet.

Product description stated that unit had door bins and reversible door. Even though pictures didn't show them... Unit does NOT have either. I specifically ordered because of the door bins and now I am stuck with the unit because of time issues. I find that others have commented on this same issue and Walmart CONTINUES to provide incorrect information on products they provide to their customers. This should be addressed and some compensation should be provided back to customers not receiving the product they THOUGHT they were receiving.

Ordered this freezer and it had dent it front door. Walmart said they would have FedX pick it up and we would have to reorder freezer so that’s what we did. Then they never picked up dented freezer and the second freezer was dented even more. Now refuses to refund our money. Don’t order this freezer and have delivery. If something is wrong with it. They will not have it picked up.

This didn’t work from the start. It wouldn’t get above 40 degrees and the back was so burning hot you couldn’t touch it. We had to jump through so many hoops with the manufacturer to get a refund…still waiting for the check to be mailed to us. On top of it, we have to dispose of it!

arrived with 2 dents but the box was not damaged so makes one think it was packaged that way. and then the item received does not match the item in the description. we really liked the idea of having shelves in the door, THERE ARE NO SHELVES IN THE DOOR! then the company they use to ship refuses to drive on a gravel driveway so they left it at the end of our driveway. people take thing from the end of driveways ALL the time because they think they are free! luckily it didnt happen

False advertising from what is shown on webpage. There were no shelves on the door, missing baskets and dented when arrived. Shipping was also terrible freezer was left on sidewalk in front of house with zero acknowledgment that it was delivered. No doorbell ring or knock.

It feels like disposable foil platters used during a cookout. Like a pin could pierce the shell. I am replacing a GE full sized stand up freezer with a smaller unit to fit in my new basement. I only chose this because of cubic feet and dimensions. Hamilton Beach makes toasters - a toaster had more heft than the sides of this freezer. Not frost -free and no handle. So so cheap cheap cheap. Wish I had more affordable choices.

Order arrived late. Delivered damaged. Exchange wasn't offered. Return information never received. 3 calls made and no resolution now they expect me to rent a truck and haul it to the store. Now I have tons of breast milk with no place to store it. Ordered a second freezer for storage and same outcome. Damaged and no resolution. Terribly inconvenienced and overwhelmed with a newborn. Do not recommend!!
