Frigidaire 10.0 Cu Ft Upright Convertible Refrigerator Freezer, Platinum Garage Ready Fridge or Freezer for Home, Kitchen, Basement, Office

This unit is just what I needed. I wanted a freezer to put in my garage. I'm not storing food for a family so I don't need a larger size. I like the fact that it comes with three 3 bins. It makes organization easier. it doesn't have frills. I don't have to dig down to find what I'm looking for.

if you were lucky enough to get the new garage ready 10-in freezer it came with a upper freezer drawer that was not shown in the descriptions as well as a drawer and a half on the bottom of the freezer which also came with five shelves my freezer has not shown any signs of freeze over or Frost over I don't have it set all the way up to the highest point but the freezer is full and the ones that I looked at before did not come with the drawers for the exact same price so so far it's a 10 out of 10 I'd buy it again

The value and the product is great. Only issue that I had was to deliver guys did not take care of the package. There's a few dings in it that I can tell came from the delivery company and not the factory as the box was damaged like they just threw it around in the back of their truck other than that it works great good value and would recommend again

My fridge was dented and damaged in multiple places! I really hate this because its on my brand new patio and the appearance is now looking cheap and tackey. I wanted to buy another one to have matching fridge and freezers but decided not too. I am not buying scratch and dent products and spending my hard earned money.

this item was damaged in several places. you can't see the damage until you have unboxed it and then taken all the protective plastic off if it works, I'll just keep it because it's such a hassle to return. but you would think for $400 it wouldn't be damaged at all.

I love the refrigerator but everything is wet inside it. I keep wiping it out but it doesn't help and the back and sides are freezing even though it is on refrigerator and I bought two thermostats to check that it is on the recom temperature level which it is . I'm going to call and see what can be done. I'll let you know.

The box had holes, the fridge had dents. I returned it, they lost the tracking %23, was told 4x I'd receive the money back in 1-2 days. Still no refund. This issue has been since June 2nd. The last customer service was rude. The manager was decent. Totally dissatisfied! The box was delivered on it's side, in the driveway. Not on the porch, by my door. I'm going to Lowes for 2 of them. I'm still waiting for my refund.

I ordered a combination refrigerator/freezer. I received a freezer. When I checked the model number on my receipt and the box they were both the same model number. The Walmart on line information is not correct. As a freezer it looks good but shelves do not move. Since I wanted to use it as a refrigerator it will be returned.

Freezer arrived severly damaged, and Walmart doesn't have great options for returning or replacing this item. The ony solution they could give me was to return the item to the store, or try to piece it back together in the (severly damaged) box and see if FedEx would pick it up to return it. You'd be better off buying an appliance that costs a little more at a local appliance store that will give you prompt customer service than try to deal with this!!

Unfortunately, I am very disappointed with this product and customer service experience. My delivery was 3 days late and the fridge was simply tossed in the rocks in my driveway, laying down on its side. When unboxing the product, I noticed that there were many dents and scratches on it. If I wanted a scratched up fridge, I wouldn't have paid this much. When I contacted customer service to try to resolve the issue, they were unhelpful and said it could not be replaced, only returned. This is a huge disappointment, especially with the complete neglect for the product from the delivery service. If you want a scratched up, dented, late delivered fridge, this is the one for you!
