Arrived in PERFECT condition. Easy unpacking! Easy to move to perfect spot. Once turned on, temp was turbo cooling; basically immediate. Had great air circulation and the compressor is not too loud WHEN it needs to run. Will buy again if I need more room. I love the hinged stay-open design, First trip to fill barely made a dent in the capacity. The storage basket shelving helps keep bags organized much better!
Very nice was not damaged the only problem the driver left it in front of the door, I’m not happy with Walmart driver, they don’t no if peoples live along and need help getting packages inside, I feel Walmart you need to start addressing this problem
I am extremely dissatisfied with my recent Walmart order. I paid $50 for shipping and handling, yet the freezer arrived with a dent on the top. This clearly indicates the item was not handled properly during shipping. When customers are charged for shipping and handling, they should expect their items to arrive in new and undamaged condition. Receiving a damaged product after paying an additional fee for delivery is unacceptable. I should not have to pay for shipping and handling when the item was not delivered properly. I am requesting an immediate refund of the $50 shipping and handling fee. Please resolve this matter promptly.
The freezer itself is good. The quality is nice and it works properly without any issues. However, the delivery was slow and arrived late. When I opened it, the door had a small crack and it looked like it was glued back together, which I did not like at all. This was disappointing.
When the freezer arrived and we unpacked it there were dings and dents on all 4 sides! Not little dents bit one's. Looks like it was dropped on the bottom. How do we talk to someone about this? The box was damaged on one end too. We took photo's many photo's. Do I need to bring it to a Walmart store. I'd like to speak to someone please. Maybe we can talk about getting a disocunt. If not happy to return.
This review is not about the product itself, but about Walmart’s shipping and handling process. I received my Frigidaire chest freezer with a large dent on the back, clearly caused by a forklift puncture to the box. This damage should have been noticed and addressed before the item was shipped to a customer. It is very disappointing that proper inspection procedures were not followed. Because of this oversight, I now have to wait an additional full week to receive a replacement. That is a major inconvenience. Walmart needs to ensure that its shipping and warehouse teams are properly checking items before they leave the facility. Situations like this damage customer trust. When the replacement arrives, I will be inspecting it thoroughly before allowing the driver to leave. This experience has been unacceptable. I am extremely disappointed with the service
Freezers arrived damaged!!! Dents, scratched, and cracks! Was supposed to be delivered by Fedex but arrived in a beat up box truck. The deliver people dropped them off and left! Didn't wait for them to be opened and checked. Not even sure if they will work or hold a seal with the damage. Completely unacceptable... and can't no option to report damaged items.
HEED MY WARNING AND EVERYONE ELSE DO NOT BUY FROM WALMART. Shipping was quick. Deep Freezer was delivered damaged, multiple large dents and a broken hinge. The return process has been an actual nightmare. First go around the chat employee did not actually submit a pickup order. The second time we got very quick help but Walmart the company never sent the pickup order to Estes freight despite receiving a confirmation email from Walmart support. I still have not received actual help. This review really isn’t about the product more about Walmarts dysfunctional ability to deliver a non damaged deep freezer.
Despite the countless reviews reporting significant damage upon delivery, I decided to take a chance and order one. Just as I feared, the freezer arrived with significant damage. The freezer looked to be good quality and worth the money. However, based on the countless damage reports, Walmart would be wise to contract with a more reputable and reliable shipper. If I could be guaranteed a damage free delivery, I wouldn’t hesitate to purchase a replacement. However, until Walmart improves its shipping procedures, order at your own peril! Do you feel lucky? 🤞
