Hisense 4.4 Cu Ft Compact Refrigerator, Stainless Steel Single Door Mini Fridge, Energy Star for Apartment, Dorm, Office, Garage

My kitchen refrigerator was not working and it was going to be days before repair could get here. This Hisence refrigerator was delivered same day and it has been great. The little freezer even works to make ice. Still waiting for repair on the main fridge and don't know what I'd do without the Hisence.

First, this is a small refrigerator only suitable for a single person with minimal needs. I wouldn't expect a large pizza to be stored as is without placing the slices into a plastic bag. It works, it cools, and it does the job I expected it to. Keeping butter, ketchup, eggs, bacon and some drinks chilled for my use. This isn't a full size refrigerator, even if you look at the picture and think it is. This fits in the small space I wanted to fill and is very quiet, the top is where my coffee machine is along with a grinder. Not enough room for more unless I wish to make my life difficult.

I don't like the glass shelves because Im afraid of them getting broke but, other than that it's really nice. The compressor went in my big fridge the night before Memorial Day so I needed something quickly to store our salads we made for the picnic and frequently used basics until I got the big one fixed. Now we store beverages in it and I highly recommend everyone to get one so if your fridge breaks down on a holiday weekend you'll have a back up.

So far, so good with the refrigerator. I gave a four star because Walmart could not get into our park for delivery. We missed the one text asking for the code, so that delivery failed. I immediately received an email from Walmart that said to re-order the refrigerator, which we did. The next thing I know, Walmart sent a new refrigerator replacement and we had our re-order coming per their instructions. We were not able to cancel their order and we had to stick around until the second refrigerator came to refuse it, otherwise we would've been responsible for returning it to Walmart. Bottom line, Walmart has a glitch in their communication with failed deliveries.

Arrived fast, carton and packaging was in perfect condition but side of unit was dented in. I have been in the freight business for over 30 years, I know that means the Fridge was put into the box damaged. It is the manufacturers fault. This was an emergency brcause our refrigerator had died, so we had to use it with the dented side.

This fidge is cold. Cold. I have it set at 2, and I'm considering lowering it to 1. It is used in my office, so I keep bottled water, my lunch, and snacks like yogurt. The yogurt gets icy. The shelves are not adjustable, so where they are is where they stay. There is not enough space between shelves to stand a standard 16.9oz bottled water upright. This is the first mini fridge I have encountered, and I have/have had several, that doesn't fit a water bottle upright. They can be placed upright on the second shelf of the door, where 2 liters fit, but they move around and fall when opening/closing the door.

ordered this mew mini fridge to replace my old one that went out . similar size for a little extra, but there is definitely more room for storage . package arrived banged up as if someone dropped or hit the corner of the box, causing it to have a dent on the fridge

As all the others have said, you will have dents. I chose store pick up so that I could make sure the box looked good. It did. And it STILL had a medium sized dent on the one side and a small dent on the other. At least it doesn't affect performace. The fridge seems to be cooling well even fully loaded. It is quiet enough when running but it does turn off often enough. Again, it's a decent fridge, but expect dents. Walmart customer service was VERY rude after being transferred to their "special department." First guy offered a $15 credit, second guy said he couldn't do that despite being the special guy he had LESS options apparently and he eventually just disconnected the chat. Very rude. Like Walmart... seriously... I could return this and you would likely throw it away. And lose money... Now you have unhappy customer. I would return it if it was more convenient if just knowing it would cost them money... But alas, it DOES work and the dents are fairly minor just annoying to buy something new that is technically damaged. Not as bad as the first fridge that I had delivered where the entire corner was crushed in and the door was broken...

The item arrives with lots of dents and dings. After speaking to a customer service agent I was told they could offer me a partial refund of around 15 bucks. After getting a supervisor, they then rescinded that offer, then refused to transfer me, then lied to me multiple times between the multiple people I spoke with. Customer service is no help, and when they say they'll contact you again, they will in fact not.

It was the delivery, The Fridge was in someone's personal vehicle on its side. I had to wait several hours before I could use it because I had to make sure it was setting upright for several hours before use. It had arrows on the box indicating how the fridge should set. but the driver ignored it . When I told him he did not care. I told him the fridge may not work properly because it was on its side. Driver told me its Walmart and my issue not his. The fridge is working but not happy with the way it was handled with delivery.
