Walmart did a great job with shipping and having in stock. I read many people had their unit dented and destroyed. Mine came nicely packaged and had no damage. Just installed in garage, where my gym is at. Blows cold and will do the job. 5 stars for sure.

Could not be happier. I had a 15000btu amana for near 20 years and it died. Had 2 small ones i used last year, 5 8btu but really were maxed out.,I have a 2 bedroom ranch. This unit seams as powerful as the 15K and with a fan to push down the hall,cools the entire space. Only had it 2 weeks but fingers crossed it will last for years. Stay Coool...jd

I just bought this air conditioner and since the day that I had pit it into the window for my apartment it has worked wonders without giving me any issues. I was even able to switch the reading over to °c without and problems. Will definitely recommend buying 💯

Arrived in great condition no damage. Took it out of the box and slid the plastic fillers on the sides and set it in the window and plugged it in then turned it on. Very easy set up and installation. It cools a 20x15 bedroom very good. Works like it should. If you need a room AC or a little extra cooling this AC will do the job. It blows nice cold air. Shipping was fast, I had it in 4 days.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We don't normally get to use the warranty but we had the extended warranty on the old one and died on the last possible month for a replacement. the new one looks like its supposed to have wifi but it doesn't and that's a plus.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our AC went out in the middle of August. It was 100+ degrees with the humidity. This 12,000BTU unit has kept us cool and at home. Without it we would have had to stay somewhere else while our AC unit was being repaired. 2 weeks we were without AC. Thank goodness for this window unit!!!

We are so happy with our new AC on a heritage stone building window. However the one thing I would change is that the light showing what mode etc is hard to see in the daytime when trying to change it.

Danby 12000 BTU Air Conditioner Failed during recent Heat Wave. Glad to have found the Frigidaire Air Conditioner.

The unit crapped out after 90 days , the customer service and warranty Sucks. Received a worthless gift card less shipping and tax from the manufacturer . I will never buy another Frigidaire product again .

This unit will leak in your home. It has no sufficient way to get rid of condensation. I have it installed to correct specifications. It was okay for two weeks and I can't get it to stop leaking into my home even after cleaning it out with vinegar and several times with bleach. The worst money I have ever spent. I am going to have to lean it out so far that it is going to look like it is falling out of the window. I suggest that everyone who buys this unit will wait one month before leaving a review. You will see for yourself if you buy it. It cools really well but I would rather be hot than damage my home. Can't believe this design is still being made. There needs to be multiple drain holes to protect clients homes. Terrible product and to high of a price for this piece of garbage.
