[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After several years in my place using just a ceiling fan for cooling in my bedroom, it was time to get an air conditioner put in. I love that this model has smart home features built as well as a remote control. The Frigidaire app works great on my Android phone and love that I can tell my Google Home devices to turn on/off the unit. I haven't had a Frigidaire unit since I was a kid so I had to go with them again for this. Got it on a great 4th of July sale too.

Gave my old AC to my son because I needed an AC with higher capacity. Biggest complaint is that the compressor does not kick in until the room temperature is several degrees above the SET temperature. Like my old AC, this one does not distribute the cool air around my room well. in the morning the temperature on the other side of the room is still several degrees warmer than the SET temperature.

There is no ongoing live digital display

I don’t understand how this really works! It turns itself off all the time, I guess some sort of energy saving mood, but I really don’t care for it. I paid more money for more BTUs, but it doesn’t work!

THE APP DOES NOT WORK!!!! Paid for a smart A/C but got a dumb one.... gets the room cold though!
