PowerSmart 21" 144cc Gas Push Lawn Mower , with 6-Position Height Adjustment

I just used it for the first time, and yes, the mower was great! I added the oil that was supplied, added my gasoline, and the mower started up 1st try! I love how you can set the levels from only one side instead of all 4 wheels. It cuts like butter, and I like how you have the options to use the mulch option, attach the bag, or just open the side hatch. Again, I've only used it once, but let's see how the rest of the summer goes. So far so good! 🙂

Best price for this type of mower that I have found. Shipping was quick arrived on the date promised. Very easy to assemble. Started easily on 1st start up afer priming. . Didn't even have to prime after using a week later started up in 3 pulls. Single lever adjustments are stiff but that helps to keep them in place. Wide range of clearance. The bag is little smaller than my old mower but overall I am very satisfied.

I like it so far. it’s a little early for a decent review as I just bought it. I like the wheels and light deck. I will say it’s easier to manoeuvre around my yard. Including the self propelled I bought first and I couldn’t use very well. My health issues played havoc with the self propelled mower. So I can say unequivocally I like this mower better than the other mower! As far as holding up,time will tell.

I have two things I wish were different. I am not a big fan of plastic wheels. I don't think the casing around frame of motor is sturdy enough. It certainly has great perks so only time will tell on its sturdiness. I could have these ought for no good reason.

The mower was easy to put together. I like that the handle is foldable for easy storage. The mower is light weight and that is probably because everything is plastic...even the wheels. (disappointed in all the plastic.) Can't imagine they will last very long.

It cuts well, but the flap under the bag got underneath the mower and almost hit me in the head flying back out. It already came preassembled. Very loud. Cheap plastic wheels. It’ll get me through the summer but wish I’d spent $100 more and got better quality!

it just ok. it is not always easy to start. if i kill it after running awhile, it wont start again unless i let it cool off. Even 1st start takes several pulls after priming it. the front wheel adjustment came broken on mine. for now im using a bungy cord to hold it in place.

Too early to evaluate usage. I've assembled it and found that a challenge. The "included parts" part of the instructions was incomplete. The installation instructions were primarily pictures, not words. What written instructions existed were clearly written by someone whose English language skills need great improvement to be comprehensible. Furthermore, the "instructions" left several steps up to my own ingenuity. As for operation, it seems straightforward, but a down side is that the blade and engine are both controlled by a single bail/cable, perhaps in the name of operator safety. That means to move an impediment in front of the mower - a rock, stick, etc. - you have to release the bail and turn the motor off, rather than simply stop the blade from spinning. Alternatively, you can awkwardly turn the mower around, holding the bail down so it does not stop, move the obstruction, turn it back in the right direction and continue mowing. Far less safe, it seems to me, than simply stopping the blade while leave the motor running. So without actually having used it, my recommendation is very lukewarm. Had the control method been clear in the description, I'd probably not have purchased it.

This is advertised as a Self Propelled mower in the description of the mower. However, when it was teceived and gone through, it's not a SelfPropleeled mower at all. There is no var ontop where the handle is. This is false advertising in the description of this mower.

Purchased this mower in August 2025. Started having issues in May 2026. it looks brand new but won't start. I have tried everything I know and all suggestions on the internet. Still won't start. it has spark, replaced fuel, cleaned sparkplug, still no fire. every site olI found on the internet said to junk it and get a new mower. Most sites say you are lucky if you are able to cut for a full season. Walmart should not sell such an inferior product.
