Frigidaire 26 lbs. Bullet Ice Maker, Retro Ice Machine with LED Indicators, Red

I love this little ice maker! First, it's super easy to assemble, set up and use. My sister has had this exact appliance in black for more than 3 years and it's still working great. Our refrigerator/freezer's front door ice maker kept freezing up and leaking, so we had disconnect it, and buying bags of ice to keep on hand in our chest freezer was a pain. This little ice makes enough in a day to fill a good sized bag and then some. It is NOT refrigerated to store your ice. It merely makes the ice. It will eventually if you leave it in the machine, but it clearly states this in the description. It's super easy to fill. I'm using distilled water in mine to prevent limescale build-up, but it's not required. I LOVE the bright red! It's my college team color, so that's a bonus! The LED indicators for power, ice basket full and add water are located right on top and are clear and bright enough to read in any light. The basket lifts easily to transfer the ice to the freezer and the included scoop is handy and a nice little addition. The noise is negligible and is really no louder than most refrigerator ice makers. The bullet shape of the ice it produces is just fine for sodas, tea, mixed drinks. I got everything I needed in a countertop size and it's very attractive, all for an incredibly low price. Plus, I know this particular model and brand lasts!

Adorable little addition to my kitchen counters. Allows me to make ice with bottled water, instead of the crap that comes from the tap. Works great, only draw back is the cubes are a little damp and stick together. Had to resort to an ice pick.

Plug in and add water and voila ... perfect ice cube or ice bullets in minutes. I love this thing and I use it all day.

Great little machine for the price I paid ($40.98 at the time I bought it). If you empty the basket when it's full and transfer to your freezer it'll definitely make 26 pounds of ice a day. Simple setup. We are purchasing another one for our farmhouse.

I had an older version of this icemaker. This new model is much quieter and makes ice faster than the previous machine. I believe the capacity is smaller than the older version, but frankly it would take ALL DAY to make a full gallon Ziplock bag of ice with the old machine. I started at 10am and 2 hrs later a 1/2 bag of ice. I like that I can choose the size of ice, small or large. It does take about 3 cycles to make the ice the right size, shape and density, but then it just hums along, churning out ice. I really love this little red machine💋❤️

In a household that has constantly ran out of ice, this has been great. Between myself, kids, and grandkids, all who like cold drinks, it's great to have ice readily available day and night. So easy to use; just fill with water, make your size selection (small or large), and let it do its job.

Very loud takes a long time to make ice cubes and you cannot keep them in the machine they have to be put in the freezer separately. The machine is extremely loud. I cannot give this away. I keep getting it back. Unable to return because I don't have the box or the receipt. Very unsatisfied.
