Frigidaire - 550 Sq. Ft. 12,000 BTU Window Air Conditioner - White

It was delivered several days early!! I have a one bedroom apartment and it cools my entire apartment off! It was actually so cold in here I had to turn the temperature up so my teeth would stop chattering!!!! LOL!!! It was cold in here!! I like the way it turns the unit off and on to keep it at the temperature you’ve chosen. It automatically turns it back on to keep the temperature steady. The best AC I’ve ever purchased!!!

This unit arrived on time and has been working well ever since. I bought it because it was the best price for the BTU’s. It cools a large family room easily. Box was a little banged up in shipping, and it has some dings not gonna lie. I am still satisfied, it does a good job.

I really like the unit. Unit was damaged when I took it out of the box. Not sure if the manufacturer or the delivery driver damaged it. I have insurance only reason I kept it was because I have been without air and can't afford to stay in a hot house in Texas. I will purchase another one I will just pick it up my self.

well it came alot sooner than it originally said it would. however UPS delivered the box on its side so now im unsure if its even gonna work and theres a dent on the side they sat on the ground. this thing is vwry heavy and isnt something to be easily returned either.

First unit arrived with moderate damage and didn't work at all. Second unit had light damage to unit but it worked so I kept it. This unit weight 75lbs and factory styrofoam packing throughout was only 1 inch, which is inadequate for shipping.

Giving one star for packing. This came from Illinois to Georgia what made them think it wouldn’t be damaged. Will update if the unit works or not. Walmart think before you ship something this far it’s not going into the back of the truck sitting outside. Disappointed!!!!

Whatever service you use for shipping needs to be fired and changed immediately. I thought for sure, and since it wasn’t air conditioner, the shipping associates would treat it with respect. it came bang up in the front in the backward messed up and the sides you could tell it was just dropped. I even hired two gentlemen who will sign an affidavit saying when they open the box that the condition was damaged. I did not secure it into the wall. I could take it out and bring it back to the store. I just wanted to know what the store is is going to do with a situation. I’m gonna download some photos now, so you can see hopefully the condition that this air conditioner came in dented and busted.

I had the most horrible experience the seller denied returning the air conditioning due to the item not working and Walmart allow seller to sell item without being accountable. That is why Target is the best

I bought this 12,000 btu Frigidaire a/c this week online as a stopgap while I decide which central unit will replace my broken one. This Frigidaire ran and ran and never got cold. I memorized the installation and trouble shooting instructions. The temperature difference between the outside and in was only 3 degrees and it was already a humid 85 outside. I finally turned it off because the compressor never kicked on and was functioning as a high dollar fan. I've bought Frigidaire products before, but never had one so bad. Now, I'm going to have to pay someone to remove it and put it in my car so I can return it to Walmart. I won't be buying this one again. I may go forcone of the new inverter u shapes.

The worst experience! My item arrived broken, it sounds more than usual when it works, I have asked for my money no one answers, they send me from there to here, there are no responsible, I am still without my air conditioning, the heat is unbearable! Thank you frigadare !!!! They send products in poor condition and offer a refund of 40 dollars when the value of the item is more than 300 dollars And they recommend that I use it the same and they will give me 40 dollars! Unacceptable Frigidaire! Panel with uncovered electricity! Zero responsibility to customers. It’s been a week and there are no ones responsible! My money has not been returned and the item is still not picked up! I NEVER recommend it!!!!
